I searched the forum and came up with some things to begin with like
fuel filter, maf sensor, vacuum pipes , i think i can deal with these, but what bothers me is :
p203d-2
Angle variation of camshaft to crankshaft: Camshaft signal (maximum angular variation in 'retarded' direction ) (p1999)

How many miles?
My guess would be the Mass Air Flow Sensor which is made by Bosch and if you do replace it make sure to get a genuine Bosch one as the cheap aftermarket ones seems to cause issues. I got mine on Amazon for around $115. Wish I saved my old one as it was working fine.
Do you have access to a more sophisticated diagnostic software?
I have not heard of the p203d-2 code but notice it says stored and not current so it may be an old code unless you have cleared it and it came back. I believe that a worn timing chain/bad tensioner could cause this as that is what keeps the camshaft and crankshaft together but unless you have high miles or poor maintenance I doubt it is that and could just be a bad sensor.
I have found after scanning many peoples cars with STAR that the dealer rarely goes back and clears codes after doing work. So if a sensor went bad years ago it may still show up as a pending code. With STAR you can look at the details and see when that code was last relevant.

the car runs fine with 124274 miles, and i think i can access to more detailed info like 'live data', i keep clearing the code p203d-2 but it comes again.
what sensor you are referring to , i.e camshaft or crankshaft sensor ?
worn timing chain/bad tensioner wtf
i will keep looking\investigation hope to find the malfunction part.

no i'm not running oxygen sensor spacers post cat
it's weird folks here don't know what p203d-2 is....
i wish i have got STAR to hook it up
the error code came up under ME-SFI 2.8 MOTOR ELECTRONICS 2.8
I don't even know what that is....
anyway i will try to remove the valve/head covers and check the camshaft for any signs of excess wear, check the timing chain for slack.
wish me good luck.
