i was wondering if anyone ever encountered this:
after i filled the gas, usually the fuel marker goes to 'F'
however this time it did not go all the way, (even after I refilled it again, since I thought I may not have filled it completely)
and finally it came all the way after 10 min or so driving.

This has happened once on our '02 C240. In our case, the gauge needle took nearly a half hour to ...very slowly....get up to near the F mark. Hasn't happened before or since - just the one time. I was all set to hit the dealer about the infamous fuel-sending-unit problem, but it has never recurred [knock on polished wood].

I recalled that as soon as I was ready to pump the gas, I saw that my audio screen was still ON....
then I came back to turn the audio OFF...
i don't exactly remember how this happened...
anyway, do you think this could cause the problem??
