c7 wheels for SALE
i have c7 wheels coming with my car in june '02. i will be selling them cause i will have ordered 19's by then. they will not be driven on at all cause i plan for the dealership to put them on before i leave the dealership...if interested please email me at bbmoto@hotmail.com

I would have no problem buying them from someone on the message board. But would you be willing to put them on Ebay for both our sakes. Not to say that i wouldnt trust anybody, but on a different board i was screwwed like this. So if you would be willing to put them on Ebay I would like to get them.

eBay is not particularly safer than normal for buying items, especially high-ticket items. My job is selling stuff on eBay. They insure people for up to $200 with a $25 deductible. So if the guy doesnt send you your $500 wheels, all you get out of it is $175. Plus, the seller would have to pay around $12-14 in eBay fees for that type of auction. The best solution would be if he takes paypal or some other credit card service. That way if he doesnt send you the item, you have some recourse (like a chargeback, for example)

yeah i looked at escrow.com and its nice. sure i cost a little but for the peace of mind its great. I would like to use that, if anyone is interested in selling rims.

I am willing to work out any kind of service with any forum member.
My problem is what to set as asking price.
Since they are in new condition. I would have no problem selling them around 1300 (no tires)
I have gotten a few offers.. 1100 without tires is the highest I have received. which I believe is fair as well.
I'm not trying to do an auction. (I will setup EBAY if need be)
But as the seller I Would like to get as much as I can

I was thinking 1200USD with tires ( 2 weeks of use) + Shipping
I can have them sent "from" the states, so the price shouldn't be that bad.

to all the ppl interested in my c7 wheels, i can take a credit card # from you and process it through my business so you will be protected. if that isn't enough than i am open to any suggestions.

Is there any market for stock coupe wheels and tires-maybe to put on older cars, etc? Being able to sell the stock wheels would take some of the pain out of buying new/take-offs.

what is a reasonable...
ok i have a question, since i'm from canada i don't know what the dealerships in the US charge for the c7 wheels....i posted mine were for sale for about $1400 US, but the response has been that that it is alittle much...so i thought i would let others in here give a little advice as to what would be a fair price for BRAND NEW c7 wheels and tires. was i way off base?
