Removal of Steering Wheel

Removal of Steering Wheel
Hoping you guys can help I searched for instructions on removing the wheel and no such luck. Is there any problems with the airbag or the computer? Could it be done without having to go to the dealer?

Its EASY! 10Min MAX!
The Tools required are a Long Torx ..Mercedes sells the Socket to remove the air bag.Then a Allen Socket to remove the Steering wheel.
Do NOT Have or turn the Key on While doing this!

get a 10mm Hex socket and a torx 30 screwdriver. Look behind the steering wheel adn you will see 2 torx 30 screws. Unscrew these and the front airbacg assy comes out. Then use the 10mm hex and unscrew the steering wheel. That's it.

A word of caution tho ... the center 10mm hex is a biaattcchh to remove the first time around 
... mine was so tight I had to ask my friend to hold the steering wheel...
