i need help on how to install a resister on the city lights? what are resisters? and where can i purchase resisters

u mean load equalizers for LED bulbs?
since LED bulbs use less current, load equalizers are used to distribute power properly so that the computer thinks the bulbs are present and in working condition. formymercedes.com sells load equalizers.

how will i install them... becuase i bought a minimax 12v 5w 194 bulb... and when i installed it it kept on blinking and i guess i need a load exualizer... but dont kno how to install them..

Don't confuse the poor guy. That term load equalizer was termed by someone to confuse peeps. A resistor is the same thing.
