I bought this car with a messed up sun roof, the motor im guessing went out on the previous owner so instead of fixing it they stuck paint mixers all around it and tried to seal it it with caulking compound. I'd like to take it apart clean it and buy the new parts but i haven't the first clue where to start the dismantle. Is there a service manual for this year kompressor that comes at a fair price or does anyone know how to work on this issue? thanks in advance.

 

Do you need to replace the motor? does the motor make a clicking noise?

The motor to run the panels makes no sound at all, no power it seems. The visors that retract are the only part that moves.
