In Florida, there's a zero deductible on glass. Might be worth checking in your state. I had a windshield hit by a stray bullet, my insurance company covered everything, Safelite came to my wife's job the next day and installed a new one while she was working. Didn't cost us a penny.
I agree though, the glass should be the same on every 203, regardless of facelift. The doors and hard body parts did not change.
