Electrical problems seats

Hello, I've been working a lot on my w203 lately, including taking carpets, seats etc out. But when I put the seats back in, some problems have occured. First, I started moving the Electric driver seat all the way forward, so I could access and tighten the last two bolts. But when moving the seat back again, there is no reaction. So it was stuck. I figured maybe it could be a setting that it locked at this point, so I loosened the motor and turned the seat back to where I wanted it. But still no reaction.

Everything else works. Backtilt, headrest etc. Only the driver Seat back and forward is fked. I have checked the fuse, tried to replace the relay under the seat, no luck. I hear the SCM click two times when I try move the seat. (Start and stop clicks instantly). I tried measuring if there was any output in the connector from the SCM to the motor. Seems like there is something happening, but it instantly cuts off upon the second clicking noise from the SCM. Does this mean the motor is dead? Or SCM?

Also after putting in my seats, none of my seat heat is working! No lights in the dash, nothing. I checked fuse 25, and 41 (I think?). Looks ok. And also the headrests in the backseats doesn't fall down when I press the button. Just wondering if there is any relations? Or all random problems?

Where does the seat heat cables go from the seat up to the switch? Could I have missed out some cables?

Hopefully there are just some cables missing up to the heating system/module, but I can't see any.

Under the seat, I see two modules/boxes. The one for the motors/moving seat, and there is another black smaller one, empty. There are some cables on the back of it, is it here the heating wires are connected?
