Not turning on or charging.
My friend had put his vape pen in the cig outlet I think that's what could of made everything not work , what could I do to fix it instead of having to drive my *** to the dealership!

Why don't you check the fuses? There is plenty of info online for the locations and designations of fuse boxes. Search for w211 cigar lighter fuse. Then check that fuse and see if it's blown. If it is, replace it and see where you get.
Your aftermarket radio is probably wired into the lighter circuit, and that's why it's knocked out.
This is one of those situations where you would be expected to put in at least a minor effort for people to be willing to help.
