Is there a CD shop manual?
Is there a CD version of the factory shop manual for the C230K? Where would I get one? Not that I won't take the car to the dealer, but I generally just like to have a shop manual to see how things work.

It's hard to believe that a CD/manual isn't out....I'm supposed to get my car tomorrow or Monday, and I'm gonna ask the guy then. My intention is to keep the car for a while, and just thought I'd get a jump.

Generally Mecedes DOES NOT make the shop CD's available until at least 4 years after a models introduction. When they do become available, don't fall over when they tell you the price. Last time I checked, the price was well over $200.00 for most model classes...

What's the purpose of MB holding out for 4 years? Just keeping non-dealers fom working on them? As far as cost, I had to pay $100 for a 96 Mustang shop manual, so it doesn't really surprise me that an MB manual costs twice as much. I guess I have 4 years to save up....
