Pre-facelift (2002-2004) coupe - interior rear trim removal

Wondering if someone can please post a link or some kind of directions to remove the interior trim where the rear passengers sit in a coupe. The area I am looking to remove is where the side airbags (where the passenger's forearms are, not the head) are located. Poked around a bit and couldn't find any clips or fasteners.

Think of it like the front door,.... you don't just remove the arm rest part, it's part of the entire front door card! Lots of step by step for the front but not much for the rear of our coupes.

From MB Service Star DVD,... mainly the first image (which might be missing removing the SRS badge - might be a screw or clip under there), the other just give better idea of how to deal with surrounding parts
