difference in C230 Komp Sedans??

difference in C230 Komp Sedans??
Can anyone tell me why there is a difference between the C230 Sedans exteriors?

I have seen some c230's come with a set of 7 spoke rims. Then others have a 5-spoke set with a exposed polished muffler tip? Can anyone explain why this is going on? Not to mention some have different steering wheels....some have a star steering wheel, while the others havea 3 spoke steering wheel?? HELP! LOL
