I know there is a thread about this already but I thought I'll give my 2 cents.
Car: C200 Kompressor 2004 Coupe (Basically the same on almost every w203 and some w204)
Step 1
Jack up the car and put jack stands. Remove the wheel

Blue: There is a pin on the caliper that will need to be punched out inorder to access the brake pads.
To remove the rod you will need a punch and a hammer to tap it out.

Blue: Remove the rod by pulling it out
Green: Removing the rod and tensioner (Not sure if thats what it is really called) that way you can access the brake pads

Now you have access to the brake pads , you will need to pry back the pads to push back the pistions in the calipers
Red: Pry the screwdriver back in between the pads and disc

Now you have access to the brake pads.
Yellow: Remove first brake pads

Now to remove the other brake pad you need to push back the pistion in the caliper in order to access the other brake pad.
Red: Place screwdriver inbetween brake pad and disc and pry back and forth.

Now that you have pryed back the piston you have access to the other pad.
Yellow: Remove other brake pad

Now that you have the pads out you can go ahead and clean the calipers with some brake cleaner.
Now with new brake pads you are gona need to prepare them first before you put them in.
Purple: Place some copper grease on the back of the brake pads just were the pistions contact the pads. You can see where they are just by looking at the old pads.

Now that the pads are ready to install , you will need to place one pad at a time. You will need to pry piston back in order to stall the other one.

Once the pads are back in , you will need to put in the tensioner and rod back in.
Blue: Pass the rod back throught the hole in the back of the caliper.
Green: Tensioner will need to placed and pushed in with your fingers in order for the rod to past through.

Now that the rod is aligned and ready to pushed through
Blue : Hammer the rod through so that it comes out of the hole on the other end.

Now that is one side is done , you do the exact same on the other side and you are ready to go!
For pushing the pads back in, another way is to remove the calipers and use a small (7cm or so) C-clamp. 2 extra bolts to remove, but nice and easy to push all the way back.
