exhaust weird sound

exhaust weird sound
hey!
i have a c230k 2005 with 130k miles.
When warming up the car it has this loud exhaust sound for about 1 minute.
when driving the car with open windows i can hear a sound of a leak in exhaust(but when it is parked no bad sound is noticed when pressing the gas) ,moreover sometimes i hear a whistle when changing gears which is annoying.
