Hello there,
I was wondering how hard it would be to convert C230 Kompressor to turbo using w204 c250 parts? Have it been already discussed or tried? Seems rather straightforward and not expensive option, especially if supercharger needs to be replaced or rebuilt (like in my case). That would yeild some driveability improvements and tuning capabilities.

You can do anything if you throw enough money at it

As long as your engine is not damaged you will be way better off just replacing the SC with a good used or rebuilt unit. Good used parts can be had for cheap just be careful about who you buy from. If you have the time, money, and ability to do a swap like the one you have suggested I would encourage you to do it but just be prepared to open your wallet. That type of swap would require a donor car and lots of time to make it work, you would basically have to pioneer the whole swap but it would be "very cool". I searched the web for over a year before I started my turbo VR6 swap into a C230K coupe, looking for any information, and came up empty. I guess I'm the only idiot that would try to do it.

Thats a very cool swap if you will be able to accomplish it, in my case i thought that it would be easy to do since the engine is basically the same.

I would try for a donor (i.e. wreck) to start with if you want a turbo.

your comment "Seems rather straightforward and not expensive option, especially if supercharger needs to be replaced" will not pan out - especially if your sourcing turbo EVO parts new/from the dealer.

I too recommend a used super charger.

IF you still want to go turbo - I would start here with this PDF intro;

http://autocats.ws/manual/sdmedia/me...001_001_en.pdf

- then get yourself (if you don't have a subscription) in EPC and start comparing everything from fuel injector to exhaust flange...

Good luck - again to double on a previous comment - anything can be done with time and money (along with a Bridgeport, welder and computer)...

Hey, thanks for all the info! Really makes me thing twice about the amount of work involved in such project. I will do my research.
