Stuck wheels

2006 C230 with 139k and 2005 C240 4matic
Stuck wheels
I removed the calipers and brake pads on all 4 wheels and put my c240 4matic in neutral and handbrake released and I'm still having hard time turning the disks. It turns using both hands.
The car barley moves forward or backward when transmission is engaged. It feels like something is holding the wheels. I Checked the hand brake from under the rear seat and seemed to be working fine and not stuck or rusted.
Since all the suspected culprits such as the calipers brake pads disks and hand brake ae not the problem, what else could I check?
