Does a 04 c240 have a brake light switch?

Yeah it's not there that is where I looked.. it was stuck in reverse but now it's fixed.. .. do you have a reference you use for finding stuff out about MB you could share? I have a 04 c240 and have a esp issue every once n a while .. it only happens though approaching a stop light or coasting under 30 miles per hour I then have to slow way down put it in neutral turn it off and back on and then into drive and it works fine but if I could find a way to solve this problem that would be ideal

Well u not explaining the ESP issue? What fault codes?
The gear selector needs to see a brake pressure value before it will allow it to move out of park. That signal comes via CAN from the ESP. Are there ESP faults or total loss of comms?
