You may wish to be a bit more specific. your 2003 IS a W203! What years do you wish to interchange and front or rear? the facelift was in 2005 so probably anything before that. Also note that the plastic part is called the bumper cover! The bumper is the inner metal parts.
They do have different part numbers say from 2003 to 2005 since it was the facelift year but there are also different models. Elegance. Classic, avangarde. plus with and without headlamp washers.. so ...
