2003 C320 sports coupe v6 brakes
I 'm need of a front brake job, car has some pulsating during stops. I'm wanting to get pads and rotors but not sure if this is a sports package car. Do you guys have any links ebay or other

Just call the dealer and give them your VIN get the part numbers of the rotors and pads. Then purchase those bits online for much less . highly recommend using stock rotors with Akebono ceramic pads. Also you can even call Akebono and speak to their tech reps. They are in Kentucky.

Brakes are wear items. As such, you should expect them to wear. Performance oriented brakes wear faster than non-performance brakes of similar quality.
Long life pads (lifetime warranty stuff) are generally so hard that their performance suffers. The hard pad also wears out the rotors faster.
Long life high performance pads are sure to eat rotors much faster than a common pad.
Something is going to wear down. You can't change that.
Do you want to buy pads at regular intervals or hang rotors on the car more frequently?
One is much more expensive than the other.
