Brake advice

Does anyone know a good place to get my front brakes done in DALLAS? ParkPlace wants to charge $260 for front brake service.

I don't have a wear sensor light, but i'm starting to get sporadic squealing and i have 30K miles on them so it's probably about time.

saving for a wedding, so the budget is tight, tight, tight. any suggestions?

thx

If money is tight, tight, tight, my suggestion is crack a service manual and do them yourself. It's about the easiest service you can do on a car short of an oil change.

There's GOBS of commentary even on this board about every salient detail of the job. More than ANYONE should ever need to know about brakes!

Besides, if you think money gets any LESS tight AFTER marriage, think again.
