Hood wont open
Hey guys,
So the other day i pulled the hood latch and nothing happened! The cable is still attached and there is about 2 inches of play in the cable. I had someone push down on the hood while i pulled the cable with pliers but nothing happened... I searched the forums here and found a few solutions but for different vehicles that dont apply to mine. Anyone have any idea how i fix this? i called the dealership and they said something about removing the front end to get at it but even that doesnt sound right due to the fact you need the hood up to access the bolts or you tear apart the fender. Plus they said it could be $400+ minimum to open it. So other than spending a fortune im open for any suggestions.
