P0115 and p0130 codes

P0115 and p0130 codes
P0115 and p0130 codes popped up when i scan the car using a code reader
and i was experiencing these symptoms
1) engine fan wouldnt kicked in when engine hot
This afternoon i replaced the engine coolant temperature sensor the fan would kick in but very slow and late
2) engine light appears occasionally and at times car would have a sudden loss of acceleration for a few seconds then accelerates good again and vice versa
3) car starts hard like it lacks fuel or something
hopefully someone could explain or someone who experienced the same symptoms can tell me whats really wrong
