W203 engine swap

I have a 05 C230 Kompressor Sport Sedan 6spd with the M271 engine. The original engine had seized up because of oil pump failure at 140K miles. I bought a used with a warranty but I am past the warranty. The engine had 90K on it and I only put 10K on it before it completely went out on me. The timing chain stretched and timing is now off. Leak down test is 90%. I’m assuming the valves are bent. The engine is toast and I will not spend $2,000+ on a flawed engine for the SECOND time. Has anyone ever swapped the M272 3.5L or the 3.0L into a W203? Are the engines compatible with the manual transmission? I know they had the V6 in the W203 and I also know very few had manual transmissions.
