Engine fan kicks in at 100 temp
engine fan kicks in at almost 100 in temp and goes down around 95-97 then turns off and turn on again when the fan kicks in goes a bit fast and slow then stop and after a minute it goes on again same cycle

is that normal ?

by the way ac compressor no refrigerant due to the compressor releases the pressure and the compressor is brand new recently replaced
