Power windows

Hi, I have a peculiar problem no one else in this forum seem to have encountered. All the power windows, both front and rear, are operational from the master switch on the drivers door. None of the individual switches on the front passenger door and the rear doors can operate their respective windows.
The child lock switch is off.
Could it be the individual door switched have failed or the child lock switch on the master switch has gone bad? How do I check?
Thanks, Shan.

the power windows and locks are controlled by a separate "door control module" on the canbus. It would be rare that 3 of those modules are dead in a way that only allows the driver's door module to control them! So the most probable cause for the common fault is the common element, which is the lockout switch.. However, the lockout switch says "rear window lockout" both in my wiring diagram and in the owners manual... so why would this faulty switch also cause the front passenger fault too? Each of the control modules also has a fuse, but if all 3 where blown then they would not work from the drivers door either.
yet I would start with that.

hope the schematics help.
