Poor acceleration when engine reaches operating temp.
My 2004 C240 has very poor acceleration when it reaches operating temp. I have checked the MAF, replaced fuel pump and filter, checked plug wires and coils but bo joy so far. Anybody have any suggestion on what to check next

Hi. Thanks for your reply. I have checked the MAF elbow and all seems ok. No check engine light on. I think he problem could possibly be lack of fuel due to low feul pressure or the fuel filter that I have replaced not to long ago is sub standard. Any info on the correct fuel pressure will be appreciated. Also what is the possibility of a clogged cat? Could a clogged cat cause poor acceleration. Also the engine stutters and slightly backfires when the accelerator pedal is pressed quickly.
