A1Auto, Detroit Axle...Control Arms, Any Experience?
2002 C240, 72k miles
Need to replace upper and lower control arms, Tie Rods, Links, sway bars. I am not walking in tall cotton to afford Lemforders right now. I am not looking for Chinesium such as those on eBay but I see alternative kits/parts, offered by A1 Auto (here), Detroit Axles ( ), etc but they don't have a whole lotta reviews/feedback. I see these kits from 110-175 bucks, very attractive, compared to 500+ bux for oem brand name. Does anyone have any experience with these or other alternatives and what has been your experience so far? What alternatives do you know that are acceptable and you would recommend, that won't break the bank?
Someone somewhere might have pulled the trigger on some alternate brand kit and they are having a good experience with it and would not might to recommend it. Talk to me please.

Look on sites like Pelican, RMEuropean, or FCPEuro. Control arms are a lot more affordable than you may think.
Personally I had a bad experience with Lemfoerder so I've been trying other brands such as Rein.
