Try www.autoclass.net. They have the MB OE changers for $399. I find it useful to search for topics before I post. This topic has been extensively.

 

i think he's looking for an in-dash cd changer... which i don't think anyone has brought up yet... bimmerology may need to be the trailblazer.

(actually, re-reading his post, it's ambiguous. are you looking for the oem glove compartment changer? afaik, there is no oem in-dash cd changer - unless they have it in europe.)

 

I think the new E class will have an indash cd changer. Maybe it will fit the C???

 

You're right, it could go either way. I did not pick-up the in dash until the second read.

I saw a website with all the European head units, no changer, sorry Bimmrology.

You may be able to install it physically, but you'll still need the dealer to set up the D2B fiber-optic loop to include the CD changer.

 

all i can say is go aftermarket if you want that. MB would just rip you off for that. I think for about a $2000 you may be able to find an indash dvd changer with retractable screen.
