W203 c180 kompressor less power/strange sounds and hesitating engine

W203 c180 kompressor problem.
Hello guys,
I own a mercedes w203 c180 kompressor and i have got some problems lately. There is an permanent loss of power it looks like i have like 40 less horsepower. When the car runs stationary the engine and car shakes and when the engine is warm it drives shocking and it makes this strange sound.
The fuel efficiency is realy bad it runs 13liter per 100km.
My mechanic already replaced bobines, maf-sensor, map-sensor. The problems started when i was driving with a bad exaust. In the same time period i drove a couple of days with a bad battery. I tried cleaning cables with electronic cleaner because the cables on the front of the engine where the camshaft magnets are, where oily. I have been to a mercedes dealer so they perform a star-diagnosis and they didn't know where the problem is. They only gave a list of possible problems like timing chain, oil in cables and map sensor.
Does someone had the same problem or recognises this strange sound?? Please let me know When i disconnect the cable of the outside map-sensor the car has it's power back and drives normally, it will only run bad for a couple of second when you start it.
