Unhappy My stock radio is dead!

Helklo all guys,
i would like to find your help for my problem.
On my Sportcoupé C220 CDI year 2002 (203.706 model) the radio is suddenly dead after i made a diagnosis using an autel instrument (that i know is fake, compared to the star diagnosis).
The radio is always off, even if i press down the circular button on the left..
I looked for the fuse which controls the radio function, but unfortunately i din't find the fuse box diagram which regards the radio. It should be the one inside the car, at the left of the wheel.
Thank you in advance for all your suggestions

There is also a 10A fuse at the back of the radio, on the unit itself. You might want to check this one as well. Hopefully this is the culprit.

Do you think i can solve with a diagnose? Before looking for this fuse #10? I would prefer to try it before uninstalling the unit

If the main fuse for the radio (behind the headlight switch) isn't blown, the radio would be the next place to look.

Removing the stereo is really easy. Only tools needed are a T-20 screwdriver (a socket is too short) and a thin flathead screwdriver. Once you're familiar with the procedure, it literally takes less than 10 minutes to remove everything as needed.

Thanks.
to be clear i have a parrot mk unit (to attach a usb stick having a usb port, it-s also bluetooth for the calls) together with the radio. ( the parrot unit is installed behind the radio).
And it's a lot of time (even before that the radio stopped to work) that when i turn on the engine ( the first power on, e.g. in the morning ) i clearly hear a "tic" sound, 15-20 tics, each one separated by 2 seconds from the next one.
After about 20 times these "tics" stop.
Now i know i am in a particular contest ..dont know if there is a clear solution for my case.. all that is to help you help me =)

Is the ticking sound more a dull thump? If so, it might be the HVAC stepper motors or linkages. Several of them are located directly behind the radio.

news

Hey again guys,
i have some update:
i made a star diagnosis quick test and during the testing of the various components of the ecu, when it was the turn of the radio unit i see that: DIAGNOSE appears on the radio display and magically it starts to sound the cd inserted in it.
When the quick test ends the radio stops sounding =( . And when i disconnect all diagnostic tools (multiplexer, notebook and cables) i have again a not working radio.
The strange thing is that the radio unit has not errors in the quick test ( i see the "v" thick on it).
When it worked once the ignition key was plugged in, the radio started to sound (cd or radio stations). Now not more, but during the quick test it sounds!
Please do you know what eventually i could do to solve the issue?
I am thinking for example to the need to re-code the radio in M.B. but i'm not sure..
I wait all your suggestion!
Thanks in advance

As with any troubleshooting, you need to isolate the problem. I would disconnect the Parrot kit first and check for the thumps. If they're still there, unplug the radio etc.

the radio, if it is not a coincidence, has begun to remain inactive immediately after making a diagnosis with an "Autel" brand instrument.now with the star diagnosis it lights up during the test and then stops working.when I made the diagnosis with the Autel the radio was turned on, because it is just needed to insert the ignition key to turn it on.
