Front Sway Bar Links, two listed for my car.
Car: 2007 C280 4matic aprox 151,000 miles.
Looking at replacing the front drop/sway links and the parts supplier lists 2 parts;
Part#: 203-320-29-89 Sway Bar Link, (12 mm) for $43.50 (Lemfoerder)
and
Part#: 203-320-30-89 Sway Bar Link for $38.50 (Lemfoerder) Nothing about the size

the sport suspension has a thicker bar and the hole in the sway bar and the bracket on the strut is a larger diameter, and I don't think that the c280 4matic ever came with a sport suspension
however I get the part number 203-320-01-89 for your year and model
