Nicks/blemishes On Front Of Car
I've owned my car for about 1.5 years and have been noticing that I have my share of little cuts and nicks on the edge of the hood, bumper, sides of grille, and lower body. I'm thinking about selling or trading my car and would like to have this addressed somewhat. Do I have to have all these areas completely reconditioned and repainted (i.e., entire hood, entire bumper, etc - just as if it was major body damage) or is there a less complicated, quicker cosmetic fix that a body shop could do?
TIA.

is your car a lease? that's a big issure there. but you are also allowed normal wear and tear as alot of dealerships take into account that driving a car, you can't avoid these. is it excesive? if you are buying the car then its different, but still i think it would cost more to recondition the front of your car just to get a better trade in price for it.

Nicks and scratches sux! I only have 4,000 miles on my Benz and the front end is a mess, I should have put a “clear bra” on it the moment it came off the showroom floor. I hope M-B's new paint works, because this the old one chips too easily.
