Widest wheels fitment w203
Does anyone know how wide of a wheel you can fit without fender flares? Im okay with rolling and pulling fenders, just wondering what width and offset is maxed out for this car.

Iirc, for the front, the widest you can go is 235.
I wanted to go to 245s. But, after reading past posts, 245 on the front is questionable at best.
NOTE: Tire sizes are a little like pants and dress sizes, but not as bad.
In other words, there is no such thing as a "245/45/17" tire. Heck, as long as it fits a 17" rim, they can cal it anything they want.
So, POS ricer cheap cr*p tires "may fit in that size", since they have less contact area than a "real 225" tire.
As for the back, iirc, you can go ~20mm more, but may need a concentric spacer.
For a 2005 C230 Sport, there's not much room for bigger tires.
You can go to 18" rims, and get lower profile tires that will give better handling.
Imho, if you want handling, and *will not use those tires when the temperatures drop below ~50F*, then I suggest: 18 rims with Continental Extreme Contact Sport tires.
Those are nice Max Performance Summer only tires.
