Exclamation 2006 C230: Code P2190 [ Help ]

Recently my car has had the code P2190 come up. After cleaning out the air filters, MAF sensor, and throttle, the code still exists. I decided to unplug the MAF while the car was running and the engine did NOT die. Although this isn't the best way to check if the MAF sensor is faulty, it was somewhere I could start.

After replacing the MAF sensor with the following one:
MAF Sensor Replacement MAF Sensor Replacement
, nothing changed. The car still came up with the code and the engine still did not shut off after trying to unplug the MAF sensor while it was running. The housing structure of everything appears to be in place perfectly. I made sure everything was locked in tight but still the code exists.

After trying to reset the code with OBD Doctor Pro and the following dongle:
OBD2 OBD2
, the code still remains.

I checked for vacuum leaks and there are none. I am looking for a solution but cannot come to one. Perhaps it is the O2 sensors but I have no idea how to check these without just replacing them. I am slowly leaning towards something causing the MAF to "appear" to be faulty when it really isn't. If anybody has any experience solving this issue please let me know.

Thanks in advance.

Use a scanner and see what your o2 sensors are doing
