3M Adhesive tape repositioning
Does anyone know how I can reposition 3M tape (The kind they use on doors sills, dash kits and the like). I need to move something a about an 1/8".
If it isn't possible, anyone know how to remove it (I assume it's the same as the debading process) and then were to buy some more and reapply?
TIA
Bill

is it on a solid object like debaging a car or is it just the tape itself, i.e. a clear bra or something along those lines? if it were a solid object, do it the same way as you would debadge. heat the area (not to hot, warm) to loosen the tape and the use fishing wire, dental floss, my brother used a credit card. then clean the area and re-apply.
