Bluetooth Issues / Fiber Connections

Hello All!

Recently i went out and bought the,
  • Bluetooth Puck
  • Contact Plate
  • Telephone Control Module (Trunk)
I brought it to a local Indie Mercedes Mechanic and he tried to Re-Code the HU to get it to see the TEL Control Module and it just could not see it at all. Now the Bluetooth Puck powers up just fine and lets me connect and the phone will try and output to the stereo. I found a Star Bulletin that said to switch the Fiber Cable from TEL 1 to TEL 2 and I did that and nothing. I can't find anything on this issue. I read somewhere about needing a AMP in the trunk as well with the telephone module. I went and opened up the side panel in the passenger side and I see the fiber connections to the 6 Disk Changer and the TEL IN and TEL Out. TEL IN and TEL Out are connected together, Should I connect them HU Out - TEL IN - CDC IN - TEL Out? Should that complete the Fiber Loop?

I have a 2006 C230 Sport, It came Pre-Wired and never had the phone installed.
