2006 C230 Won’t Start
Any suggestions other than going to the dealership?
P2004: Intake Manifold Runner Control Stuck Open Bank 1
P0627: Fuel pump control - circuit open
Looks like you may have jumped time on one of the cams. Either that or the cam phaser (adjuster) on the exhaust side has gone out ($124 from any MB dealer).
I'd take the drivers side of the engine apart and see if you cant clean some things up, check your connections, maybe inspect the timing by taking the valve cover off and putting the engine at TDC. There should be 15 teeth between the top tooth of the exhaust cam and the top tooth of the intake cam. If there are any more than that you've jumped time, any less and you may have the opposite issue.
Did you clear out the fault codes after replacing the relays?
