IM readiness Issue

Morning, Car: 2004 c230k 18900 miles, Code: 410(Secondary Air Pump), 128 (P0128 – Coolant temperature below thermostat regulating temperature), P0300(random Misfire) , P0301(Misfire cyl 1) , P0304(Misfire cyl 4). Plugs and coils were all changed a month ago when I got the car. This is a project car and I bought it for 600 but it runs great and I am trying to figure out how to pass the readiness portion of the emissions test. Previous Code was p0171 which I took to the shop and had it smoke tested and they found the vacuum leak. Now I am getting a 410 code at around 67-73 miles of driving(consistently). When the cel comes on, I have checked and the secondary Air pump portion of the readiness test clears at that point but still fires the code. I am not sure why. The Thermostat issue will be fixed today I am changing that along with the Thermostat sensor. I will be looking at the plugs today also to make sure they seem clean and are ok. They are a month old and I have been driving the car so I should be able I think to tell if there is an issue. The car drives great no hesitation or anything so I am confused about this misfire code. But the 410 code is the one that seems to be the main issue now. I was under the impression this car does not have a secondary pump and that the super charger pushes the air to the system for the catalytic converter to warm up(I may be wrong). Anyone have any answers?

for the P0128 - I had that problem and I replaced the Themostat and it went away. Its a quick job. I found a 3 years ago about thermostat not opening or getting stuck from a forum somewhere.

I was reading at some forum that the m271 does not have a secondary injection pump and it uses the supercharge to supply air to it.

You are correct, there is no 'secondary' pump, it's the supercharger and there is a system to divert air on startup.
I'm pretty well versed on the M111 version of this, but not on the M271.
I just spent more than 7 months trying to pass the readiness indicators, what a pain in the !@$(&@!!!!!
Finally got my sticker last week. Hallelujah! praise be to the lord...ha. I was afraid my car would be impounded should I be pulled over, and
though the DMV told me I'd be ok if I had paid the fees, ran into a fellow MB owner who said he nearly had his vehicle impounded
after 9 months here in Cali even though the fees were paid, so as I suspected, DMV says one thing, and the cops another.
I was losing sleep over this shhiit.

The one that hung me up was the catalyst.
Just an obveration I usually idle the car until the valve opens and the engine runs normally, ie the valve for the
secondary ari funciton as it make a hell of a racket until it does it's thing.
I found though, that driving the car immediately after starting seems to
clear this readiness indicator almost immediately once it's cleared the 02 sensors.

Has the misfire issue been resolved? At one time, I was getting the P0410, but the issue wasn't with the secondary airy system, but with the
recirculating air flap.
Your best bet is to get a readout with a Mercedes specific code reader, ie Star SDS, Carsoft 7.4
or iCarsoft, though for me the iCarsoft doesn't work for squat, and I'm getting
better descriptions of problems with the old CS 7.4 which for some reason will only read the ME,
ie ECU. But it works.
