Just the kind of advice I'd expect from someone who actually bought Polk speakers.
After you are fininshed with the pulley project, perhaps you could use your sawzall to investigate the possibility of fitting a Daimler-Benz 603 V-12 into a coupe.

I would not recommend trying to make the 6X9 fit. You will get a headache in sure.
Buellwinkle: I think if you use a amp on the Polk Audio, they should sound really good.
