Can springs & shocks from 4matic SEDAN work on 4matic WAGON?

Can springs & shocks from 4matic SEDAN work on 4matic WAGON?
as title states, am replacing my front and rear struts and shocks on a 2004 c240 4Matic WAGON. There's nearly zero aftermarket options on 4matic WAGON for replacing these, but there are some aftermarket options on struts/springs for the 4matic SEDAN. Anyone know if the 4matic Sedan parts can be used on 4matic Wagon or are there fitment issues? I dont use the wagon to haul heavy loads, so if the load rating is different between Sedan vs Wagon but the Sedan part will work then i'm fine with that.

been searching the forums and not found an answer to this (Sedan vs Wagon part interchangeability) and many websites (Partsgeek.com, RMeusopean, ECStuning, AutohauzAZ) dont specify if the c240 part is only for Wagon or Sedan or 4matic or base RWD.
