How to remove the back seat?

How to remove the back seat?
I have removed the bottom cushion, the side pillars and the bolts at the base of the top cushion. Do I need to remove the two torx bolts in the trunk that are part of the head rest pop down assembly?

THANKS! I had it all except to unlatch the head rest pneumatic connection. The picture in #6 was just what I needed.

By the way, if you have child restraints, there is an additional pair of brackets that must be removed along with the bottom bolts to the back rest.

so what are you up too? usually you remove the rear seat for three reasons.
1. fix fuel issue
2. fix rear sunshade issue
3. sound upgrade.

Nah. Probably he's trying to expand his avenue in the hit man business where more room = more victims.
