c240 4matic springs
Hey All
New to the MBworld
Have a 2004 c240 4matic I bought a few months ago off an older lady who owned it since new.
Love the car. Have an issue with the suspension, so took it in to Mercedes to have it diagnosed. Was thinking I had a broken spring in the rear, turns out I hav two broken springs in the rear and one in the front.
Having major issues trying to find the right springs for my 4 matic as everything online is listing base model and saying it wont work with the 4matic.
Can anyone tell me what parts I am looking for to replace these springs. Color codes etc?
The dealership wanted 1800 to do all 4 and have spoken to a local mechanic who can do the job much cheaper for me, we just can not located the right springs.
Also anyone who has done this job what else do I need to order and replace when doing the springs.?
