I hope someone is willing to share their knowledge on this one: I accidentally bought a C200 W203, and are now in the process of finding out just how bad the buy was. I have now reached to identifying the leaks. This oil leak comes from the area near the left engine mount, above the sump plug. It is not dripping oil in pools, but the plastic covers underneath the car accumulate quite some fresh oil.
Is it coming from the sump gasket, or somewhere else do you think? Is it a common problem? A DIY job (fingers crossed). Thanks all in advance!! Seems like the leak is coming from this area or slightly above The oil finds its way down the wires/plugs ...again, the plugs for reference
