Jumping rpm while driving (cold)
Good afternoon guys,
I am quite new to this forum, however i bought a w203 2003/12 this summer with 291k km driven, and i noticed when the weather got colder(even with just 10c) when i just start my car and start driving i have a rough rpm (it is jumping and it is easy to feel in the driving as car also jumps forward and back with the rpm). That also happens with cruise control.
After ~3minutes of driving it gets normal and as long as car is in working temperature it doesn't have this problem at all.
Could it be a gearbox fault? or could it be a fault with fuel system?
Please help me out with this as i've tried to ask some people who owns w203 and nobody knew anything about a problem like this.
Car model: W203 C220 CDI 105kw, 5speed automatic gearbox.
