I ordered the K2c option for my C 320 and I am curious as to what exactly does it control with the voice commands?

I know it operates the phone voice dialing and music too (?).
Anything else?

 

You can control the CD Changer (ie: CD 4, Track 12), Radio( ie: Frequency 106.7 or Station FM Talk, or FM, AM, Weather Band), Telephone (Dial Name, Dial 180055562354 Send, etc.) and Tape Deck (ie: Side 1, Side 2, Rewind) (If equipped)...

 

What voice commands are required to direct CD functions? Since the vehicle turn over was pretty thin from the dealer, it took me a while to sort out the telephone so help with this appreciated.

CD 1-6
Next Track
Next CD
Track 1-19


Ill look in my manual tonight and see what the others are. You can get a full list of command by pulling the Voice Activation stalk and saying HELP. Help will give you a list of commands you can get help on like CD, RADIO, TELEPHONE, etc. So if you say HELP CD you will be told all the CD commands.

wish it could control the climate control system too... but i am pretty happy with the response so far..

 

lol....How does the voice control module respond to cursing out people that cut you off?

 

actually i was refering to the response of the people on here...
However, i am sure it will use the optional rockets to blow them off the road.

 

i too wish the voice command actually comanded more things.

"roof open" "roof closed" would be nice, so would "window down/up" climate controls, lights on/off, wipers on/off.... damn am i lazy

if only there was a voice command "move voice comand stalk" to start the whole process.... pulling that little stalk is so damn tiring.

i am also amazed at how readily it understands my spoken voice, even with the roof open/or window down at low to moderate speeds.
