2000 C230
Many issues

I bought this 2000 C230 October 2018 with 59k miles on it and it now has 71k miles on it. I have done 2 oil changes with proper oil and done basic maintenance. But now I am running into other issues that I cannot figure out. The super charger clutch has stopped engaging so I have no boost, I have a constant fuel trim bank 1 code on the car, it idles horrible, and the engine won't rev past 3500 rpm and it has to be driven like Im driving Ms Daisy. I am very confused as to how I can fix these problems. I have the tools and I am mechanically inclined with this car. I'm basically a mechanic with my Ford and dodge trucks. But this is different for some reason. I can't troubleshoot spark or fuel issues because of the complicated systems on this car

To me it sounds like your cam magnets have gone bad.

Apparently, MB has used clutches on superchargers for a while.
WTF!?!?!?

Why MB used POS clutches, which will likely fail within ~150K miles, and not just use the bypass path, is beyond me (and apparently just about every other supercharger OEM design ).

After looking, other than MB, there have been very few. And, they all seem like POS cr*p designs.

On a W203, we do not have clutches on the superchargers.

For the 1999 & 2000 C230K, they did.
