hey guys,
I want to get lowjack on my C230k. The dealer quoted me $1295 plus tax I suppose. Has anyone found a better deal that will do a great job installing it and not mess anythin up?

My dealer wanted half that and it was still too much. Nobody wants to steal an MB, they never make the top 10. Also, big deal, if it's stolen do you realy want it back? Get a new one, let the insurance company eat it, afterall, how much of a break are they going to give you for helping them?

Right on Buellwinkle... when I saw the blue book value on my car, I almost had a heart attack! If someone took my benz, my insurance company will pay for a new replacement. Saying... instead of loosing 24k in two years, like I did... just have someone steal it. LOL Plus, in my year (2001), Tele Aid Service provided by mercedes wasn't an item you could or could not have. It came with the car. If someone would steal it... I could always call up them and they can find the car and its location. Love pushing that SOS button when I'm driving around in a city I have no clue about and say, Help me! haha
