Interior acc temp control fan won't turn off
Searched and could not find an answer so here I am. I do not know that these things are referred to so searching is hard...
Not sure what its called but its the little fan up in the overhead dome light console I read is invovled in the Automatic Temp control System. I had the battery drain after long periods of non-use and had head the little hum in the dash near the ACC and up at the dome light.
The hum at the dash would go away after a bit after shutting done the car but above stayed on all the time.
I disconnected the power from the over head console and the car lasted weeks while not started so I bought a used on from ebay and it seemed to go off after turning the car of for a bit. Now a week later and drained the battery again.
Any idea what (relay or circuit board somewhere) is in this system that might be the culprit?
