Engine ticking noise

Engine ticking noise
Hi everyone
Would you take a look to what this ticking noise is?
The source is from the area where power steering pump and alternator are. Also, I noticed dry oil residual covering part of alternator top which I believe to be from PS pump.
No other issues so far with driving and no check engine light is on. I used mobile Bluetooth torque OBD reader and it shows no faults and other parameters seems normal. The battery voltage read is 14.4V while engine running which I think is within normal range for alternator voltage.
Have anyone faced similar issue and what’s the fix was?

Update
I take the car today to a local Mercedes shop and he changed the alternator bully without removing the alternator with a special tool and the noise is gone. Hope this can help others in this great forum.
