It's just a broken spring inside the actuator module. Buy the springs online and replace. Instructions are below.

Door spring fix
I found a super cheap and quick fix to the bouncing door pin lock, which cost you about two bucks and about two minutes of your time.

Take some 3M adhesive Velcro strips and cut off a eighth of an inch strip by 1 inch long and stick it to the door pin so that the Velcro is positioned right where the pin clears the door hole.

The additional friction from the Velcro to the side of the door hole is just enough pressure to keep the pin from bouncing.

Herss a couple pics - Mines been holding up for three years now on the same piece of Velcro !!

Good luck and hope that saves you a few bucks

I have repaired it by buying a used actuator for about $7 and paying someone about $8 to fix it.
